Observation and the workshop afterwards were held at the Alpine Astro Village in Lü-Stailas. We arranged a shuttle service from the Hotel Central to Lü-Stailas.

Travel Information

Val Müstair is one of the most beautiful and remote places of Switzerland, therefore promising excellent conditions for astronomical imaging. The price to pay it getting there. Probably best is to take a flight to Zurich and then to rent a car. Google Maps estimates a 3 hour drive for about 220 kilometers. Alternatively, you could take the train to Zernez, which is about 33km from Valchava and then take either the local bus (which leaves hourly and takes about 1 hour) or a taxi.
